Most domestic shipments take two to three weeks from pick-up to delivery, but can be expedited if you need it fast. Our shipping process always begins with an estimate, and although you can get your price online 24/7, call our sales staff to make sure you have the best pricing and latest promotions.

After receiving an estimate you should request the paperwork, which can be provided electronically or in writing. To book your job, fill out the paperwork online or in writing and email, fax, or mail it back to us.

Upon receiving your paperwork, our warehouse manager will call you within 24 to 48 hours to schedule an appointment for pick up. All appointments are two to four hour windows and scheduled between Monday through Friday. Some locations offer Saturday pickups, but this may incur an additional charge.

With over three hundred locations nationwide, we can deploy a team of professional movers to your location quickly. If you need your pick-up fast please call our staff to check or availability.

Ship Smart may be able to pick up items the same day you get an estimate, depending on availability. Same day pick-up, onsite packing, and onsite crating have additional charges. All pick-ups are white glove or full service, which means that you do not need to do anything except sign an inventory sheet.

After your items are loaded onto our trucks, they are moved to our warehouse where they are custom packed and/or crated by highly skilled experts before shipping to the destination.
