- Complete the Booking Portal: Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive an estimate via email. Complete the estimate booking portal to confirm pick up and delivery details. Need assistance? Reach out via eservices@www.shipsmart.com or 1-800-554-5574 Ext. 300.
- Schedule Your Pick Up: After submitting the portal, our warehouse manager will contact you within 72 hours to schedule a 2–4-hour pick up window, typically Monday–Friday. Saturday pick ups are available in some areas for an additional fee. Same-week or next-day pick ups are possible, though extra charges may apply.
- White-Glove Pick Up: Our professional movers arrive at your home or business, providing full-service, white-glove pick up from the first floor at no extra cost. Furniture is carefully blanket-wrapped, and boxes are tagged for safe transport to our local warehouse. All you need to do is sign the inventory sheet—our team handles everything else.
